PartyToGo is the Announce and Notify modules of QuestsFu split up and bundled together.
When other people in your party are running any addon that embeds Quixote-1.0 their quest progress will be displayed.
It can be set to announce your own quest completion in party chat. This is disabled by default, because it might be quite annoying to some.
